Filmed and photographed across the diverse and demanding landscapes of New Zealand, this spec project was all about showing—not telling—how the WANDRD Fernweh backpack holds up as an essential partner in adventure. From damp, dense rainforests to remote alpine trails, the Fernweh carried everything we needed: camera gear, food, clothing, camping essentials—whatever the day demanded.

Rather than just highlighting features, we set out to tell a story: that the right gear doesn’t just support the journey—it makes it possible. This wasn’t just a bag in the shot; it was the backbone of the trip. Without it, we simply wouldn’t have gone as far or as deep into the wild.
